Hi,
Recently i signed up for a RESELLER account with an online company (USA) for selling their services in India. Basically this are domain names, web space, etc.
Earlier, I had my own server and I used to charge service tax for the same services to my client. The problem now is, this is an online website and i do have any provision to charge or make changes to the pricing.
Should i charge Service tax for product sold from an reseller account.
