I am running franchisie business

i am the franchisie of Path Care labs, Hyderabad

Path care labs do various types of pathological test,

i am the franchisie of them, have collecting samples & send them Path care lab

did i have any service tax liability for that.

please tell me!

i think it will be Taxable as BUSINESS AUXILLIARY SERVICE.

If your annual turnover is more than Rs.1000000/- you will liable to service tax .

service is provided by the company, but your interest is paid by the company by way of commission, and if this amount exceeds 10L then you are liable to pay service tax.

If any Individual provides services like yoga & meditation,what would be the Service tax implications on that services & whether it is to be included in "HEALTH AND FITNESS" SERVICES?

Hi Friends,

Please clarify whether the amounts recieved by an assessee who is running an automobile show room from the finance companies who are doing business by sitting in the premisses of automobile show room in the form of Incentive/commission on the businee done by them ie., on the loans granted by them for purchase of vehicle from the assessee is liable for service tax or not. The assessee says that he is not renderring any service rather than providing a chair and table. Pls clarify

dear friends

i filed my friends service tax st3 for 2010-11, both 1st & 2nd half yearly returns on 26-4-2011. i had paid tax due of service tax amount on the date ie, on 26-4-2011, also i had paid interest on service tax tax amount , on 10-10-11. so please tell me weather i had to pay penaly for non filling of st3 with in due date. i had registerd in service tax on jan-2011 for 2010-11. the liabality of payment of service tax was started from the month of june-2010.
