For online filing of ST1 i require the details regarding commissionate, Division and Range code of Khargarh Navi Mumbai, but I am not finding the same at CBEC site becuase location code option is not working and also call the service tax call centre but they dont help in this regards

Service tax Division and Range is available in the Registration certificate itself you may refer that.
for example
Premises Code:SF0302
in which 03 is Division code
and
02 is Range
Each assessee may got a different code based on services category.
