Service tax department email - for st -1 amendment

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

You are registered for the service descripttion "All Taxable Services(Other than in the negative list )". Kindly File Amend ST1 Application to delete / remove this descripttion immediately. Select and Add the relevant and applicable Descripttion of services from 119 services list presently available under the Descripttion of Taxable Services or select the 120th descripttion "Other Taxable Services" as applicable. Only after Amended ST2 is issued for removal / deletion of the descripttion "All Taxable Services(Other than in the negative list )"  and addition of service(s) as applicable , you will be able to file the ST3 returns from July, 2012 onwards.
