Can we Take Credit under service tax after 4 or 6 months later ?
i mean if the services availed by us is from april 08 to june 08. but didnt take any credit for it in these months.
can we take credit in sept month for all services from april 08 to june 08 which we didnt noticed that time???
yes it can be availed if payment of input services has been made.
if the payment of those invoices has been made then u can avail anytime....

To avail cenvat credit there is no time limit. As u asked can avail the entire credit in Sept 08 from April 08
