Service tax by a courier service provider

Dear All,

Request you to Kindly address my Query Below-

Company A is a Courier Service Provider.
It delegates its Work to Company B to deliver the parcells in some specific locations of the country.
Company B raises Month -wise bills to Company A.
Company A pays to Company B after deducting TDS.

As per my understanding, since Company B provides Door to Door Services so it is liable to pay ST as a Courier Service Provider.

Kindly throw light on the following-

What shall be the percentage of STax for 2013?
What What shall be the percentage of STax for other periods attached in the file?
