Hi Friends, Does anyone has copy of notification to register Business Auxiliary Service. I need for reference. Secondly If any company is already providing business auxiliary Services from last 4 year and now if they register with service tax, will past transactions would be accounted.

REgistration threshold is Rs.9 L. Basic exemption limit is Rs.10L. Pre-condition for availing basic exemption is that preceding year turnover has not exceeded Rs.10L. Once get registered, Department may enquire in to preceding years business details.
