We have personal Contact with Truck Owner & hire it when require.
We are liable to pay service Tax on it or Not as per Reverse machanism in case of Partnership Firm & Prop. ???

What happened if we are using our own bilty & take a declaration from Driver for Truck personally hire by us:- .
For Example:
Our Co Name - XYZ Co.
Our Bitly Nme- XYZ Carrier (XYZ Co.)
Back side of our bilty, we take a declaration from driver for personally hiring.
In this case, ST will be applicable or not...........
