Dear Sir, Our Company is receiving online hosting services from Abroad based Company. As we know that from 1st December 2016, Service tax is applicable on OIDAR Services. So my question is that service tax on reverse charge mechanism would be applicable on our company or not as we dnt have service tax no.???

Yes you will have to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism. Also, you will have to obtain service tax registration.
But Nikhil, there is one point i want to clarify that the Payments to these websites are made by director's credit card every month. So is there any way out that we dont have to apply for service tax no.????
