Any body help me that service Tax is applicable for coaching Institute or not from 01/07/2012 like CA/CS coaching Classess are entitled to take service tax or not

If the turnover is above Rs. 10 lakh then the assessee has to collect, deposit and file returns before due dates.
Further said its applicable as its not covered in the negative list to the best of my knowledge. If im wrong correct me.
