if employees travel by different cabs freequently for official purpose, is the company liable for service tax under reversal mechanism?
if company uses cab rarely, is service tax applicable for one time use also?
Kindly clarify me in this regard. most of the travels or cab agents are not charging any service tax as a service provider.

Yes, service tax on recverse charge is payable irrespective the frequency of transaction.,even if service provider has not charged service tax,the service receiver being business entity is liable to pay its part.
