We are providing commerical training and coaching services . We charge service tax on the training fee and also we supply course materials during the training. Is service tax applicable on the supply of course materials ?

ON MATERIALS PROVIDED BY YOU WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO SERVICE TAX.
YOU SHOULD MAKE BIFURECATION IN INVOICE REGARDING TUTION FEES AND MATERIAL FEES.
Can anyone confirm me when is service tax applicable on commercial training or coaching is it 1st july 2011.
