Service tax applicability

Hi Sir,

can any one suggest on below my query :

we are doing online and magzine ads business, one of our out of country customer behalf we are posting some business related ads thorugh online & Magzines. for this we are raising invoice to that customer.

my query is for this transaction service tax applicable or not?

please suggest some one.
