when person letting out his estate (land,buildings and other amenities ) for on a regualr retal basis will attract service tax ? 

pls provide your opinion in detail it will be helful.

Yes, it is taxable. Renting of immovable proverty has been covered by declared services. 

Services by way of renting of residential dwelling for use as residence is covered in negative list.

Residential dwelling is covered in negative list whereas other than items covered in negative list is covered under declared services.

Applicable unless it is a residential property & rented for residential purpose.
Renting for other than residential dwelling attracts service Tax

## Applicable : provided Rent whether single or in cumilate exceeds Rs.10 Lacs in a year .
