Services by way of renting of residential dwelling for use as residence is in Negative List.

But Since You are Giving it for Commercial Purpose to Company, Service Tax Need to be Charged.

Other Views are Solicited.

Pls refer This Notification

All Negative List in This Notification Only.

One of the points in the negative list is

(m) services by way of renting of residential dwelling for use as residence;"

Though you have given property to the Company for residential purpose, it is exempted from service tax.

Services provided by Trade Union are Not Exempted in Your Case.
