Service tax and vat related querry
is vat applicable to following type of service:
electronic device is installed at clients premises and AMC services are provided by us we charge VAT and service tax is it correct practise ?

If charged separately for device/goods as per VAT rate and AMC service portion with ST , it would be OK. Otherwise works contract rates would be applied.
