We sale licensed softwares to our clients and apart from it we provide repair and maintenance services of that software.
Now my question is do we charge both VAT and Service tax on bill amount?
Why do we charge service tax on bill amount?

As per VAT Act, for software service tax and VAT both will be applicable.....
