Service tax & tds deducted
I'm a sole proprietor doing service businees. i paid service tax and my debtor deducts TDS - professional.
1. How can i show Service tax paid details in Income tax Return to claim TDS refund?
2. My Gross income is 13Lakhs for this financial year. Is im suppose to get my accounts audited?

see you have to show the Gross total Income without service tax and claim TDS Refund.

No you are not required to get your accounts audited as for professionals the Income limit is Rs.25 lacs.
