Service tax amendment
Dear All,
I have amended a service tax registration in a partnership firm with adding some construction services.
So, can you suggest me what documents do i have to submit in hard in service tax Department.
Or it is compulsory to again submit all the documents which i have submitted while taking the registration?

Yes sir, you would have to submit all documents again while amending ST 1
Copy of PAN Card of the assessee.Proof of address of the premises to be registered.aname of the Partnership deed (In case of Partnership Firm)
