10 November 2011While filling form ST 3 for an air travel agent it shows the error as "taxable rate of provider section for the given service is not valid". In notification no. column I have not entered any notification no. as I am not aware whether any is applicable or not. The air travel agent has paid tax at 0.6% and 1.2% special rates.
Please Help

notification no 24-2-2009.i think try this and it may get updated

In options while filing st 3 there is no such notification..

Thts why i said im nt sure,actually there is no notification i have just chekd books,i think u must click at the special rates coz in notification column u have wrote correct only ,i think problem lies in selection of rates

but i m not getting where to click at special rates. the rates i entered are 0.6% for domestic bookings and 1.2% for international bookings.edu cess is 2% and 1%.and the payment of service tax was also made according to such rates.
