Service tax
We are having Service tax Registration under two categories
. Recently we have received one service Invoice from our Service Provider which is not related to our category . My doubt is can we take the input credit of the same?

yes, of course input credit can be availabe
provided both are taxable service Nd such input are eligible for credit to that category to which they related
means our categories are Errection & Commissioning and Maintenance and repairs , received Invoice from Events managment category . As both are not related , we should not take the input credit . right ?
