Yes, taxable service.
Rcm applicable??
Yes, whenerever its liable.
Labour charges are like services being provided.. hence service tax will be applicable on it....
What will be the service receiver liability??ie what %??
If supplier body corporate ........ Nil.
But other than body corporate Iliability over service receiver is FULL under RCM; i.e. 15% including cess.
