If company is receiving security services and service tax is payable on it in reverse charge, then it under which Account code service tax is payable ? i.e in Manpower code or security/ Detective Agency code ?

Dear Ankit Shah,

Previously as per Notification 30/2012 dated 20.06.2012 the Receiver of service i.e. the business entity would have to pay 75% of the Service Tax, remaining 25% would be paid by the Service Provider.

But now w.e.f. 01.04.2015 full (or) say 100% RCM will be applicable in Security services. Thus 100% Service Tax will be responsibility of the Service Receiver (Business Entity, Regd. Body Corporate) not Service Provider (Security Service).
