Hello Friends,
One of our client has charged transportation charges in his bill. And along with his bill he has attached a bill of Transporter. We dont have any contract with that transporter. That means our client will reimburse the amount of transportation from us and will pay to that transporter. My query is who will be liable for service tax in this??
