I have one query regarding Service Tax
Suppose had booked Invoice 10000 and paid service tax on that 14.5%
but the amount mention above was in dispute
after filling service tax return dispute solved and final figure is 8000
so what we have to do regarding excess service tax return
File The Revised Service Tax Return and Carry Forward for Next Sixmonth Returns
What about servce tax loss which we had accepted due to dspute
& who will bear that loss
