i m registered under GTA and i m paying 25% service tax after 75% abatements. Can i take input credit of service tax charged on telephone, electricity, postage, professional fees bill etc. please explain.

Dear Mr.Sanjay
You can' t get the service tax credit while using abatment . Like Tour oprator are using the abatment of 75% , they dont have the rights to get the service tax credit on the input service

The GTA is to be paid after abatment is 25% of the Value of the service & NO INPUT CREDIT can be used as it is not allowed in the Notification it-self.
