When you are gross receipt exceeds, Rs.9 lakhs u have to apply for ST registration no to ST authoriries. when your income exceeding Rs.10lakhs u have to star to deduct ST on your invoice value & remit it to the ST authority..
If the gross receipts exceeds Rs 9 lakhs during a FY u will have to take registration for service taxand will have to pay service tax for the value of the services exceeding Rs 10 lakhs in the first year and regarly on every bill from next year

Not necessary if the gross receipts do not exceed 9 Lakhs. However, if you avail any services that attract the Reverse Charge Mechanism provisions, you will need to register (exemption of 9 lakhs does not apply)
Brother u first need to check out point of taxation of service being provided if it is outside india then u dont need to get registered however if the point of taxation is in india then u check out for 9 lakh wala limit but I suppose dont go for this ssi exemption coz u wont be allowed cenvat credit for the same
