We are exporting the goods and sending export collection to bank. The bank charges certain amt. inclusive of service tax. My query how we can avail the benefit of service tax collected by bank in this case. pls. explain in detail

You can claim CENVAT Credit on the basis of Remittence Advice and Bank Statement in which Service Tax and education cess are mentioned.
