What is effect on service tax , if the invoice are cancelled ? will your answer change if the bill are cancelled after 3 month from the raising the bills and 12 month fron raising the bills ? in any situation can i get the refund of service atx thet i have paid earlier for wrong bill ?

In my opinion u can get back your refund in the succeeding period return of same financial year.

pls tell me the notification no. of exmption of service tax in case of export of manpower recruitment services. in my opinion export of manpower recruitment services is exempt . i think it falls in the category of location of service reciever based category. bt i can't find the exact notification no. pls reply.... it's urgent..
