Service tax

As of now there are no changes stipulated for in filing the returns of Service tax as no notification has come yet to stipulate the same..

But a proposal is in draft mode as of now which states that Service tax return is required to be filed every month

Moreover i think the department would come up with one more notification stating that ST 1 is not required to be ammended everytime as post July 1, 2012 reverse charge mechanism is applicable and thus ST 1 is required to be ammended for extra services applicable to the entity or any person. But i think the department would come up with a notification stating that only negative services should be notified in the ST 1 certificate and nothing else should be present in the certificate.
