We are doing Job work for a Company situated in Noida. All Raw material is provided by the company & we are doing only Job work . Little bit consumbales consumed by our side.The company is Exporting the finish product to out of india. Please tell me that in this case Service Tax is aplicable or not & what is about the sales Tax applicality on that.

Hi,
As raw materials is supplied by the company and your company is only limited to job work, so there is no element of sale. So no sale tax need to be deducted.
I think based on Turnover, service tax is applicable.
