Sir,
Iam an indivual and i raise bill on company (i.e sister concern)(I am also director of sistern concern) for shovel hire charges incl. of service tax.
Secondly i also raise bill on another pvt ltd co. (not sister concern) for transportation of raw material and i charge service tax.
my question is ,can sister concern Pvt Ltd (where i am a director) can take credit of bill raised by me as individual. And also of other company .
