Can anyone guide me on the following:
We have 14 sales regions but have one consolidated Service tax registration number. Now there is change in the address of one of the region. Any amendments are necessary in the service tax certificate or any intimation is to be given to the commisioner of Central Excise & Service tax.
you have to submit ST-1 form for change in address
Form ST-1 has to be submit with relevant supporting documents
u need to intimate the change.

Here most important part is from which region u are doing billing. If that particular region is changed then u have to submit the Form St-1
Yes..Mr Devendra is right because at the time of Registration when CBS/CAS is existance Reg only those premises where CBS/CAS is existance......
