- as transporter is collecting service tax on their bills, u dont have to pay the same again.

- rent income above 10 lacs will entitle landlord to collect service tax, he is well under limit, so its not your liability to pay service tax.

No, 10L threshold limit is available for you.

sir if i m a tranporter till what freight recv have no liable of service tax

transporters service tax is little bit complicated, it has too many notifications,

the limit of 10L is for company, irrespective of number of services offered.

count the number of trucks/ vehicles you own and get in touch with PRO of service tax, to get clear guidelines.

small transporters are exempted from servicetax payment and the libility goes to the GTA service receipent but the situation is dependent on various subjects , some are here  1) number of vehicles 2) class / catagory of service receipents 3) annual turnover 4) input credit availed or not on vehicles as capital goods.

We are paying rent 135000/- landlord is not taking service tax. We have any liablity to pay service tax or who is liable for this ?

Landlord is liable to service tax... You dont have any liablity for the same...
