can the belated return filed under service tax can be revised or not? thanks in advance

sir, in my view revised return can be filed , because unlike income tax, here the revised return can be filed within 90 days (from 2008-09) Rule 7A from date of submission of the original return and also there is no concept od belated return in service tax..
