Our firms's turnover is below service tax limit but we required Service tax nuber for agreement with one company what should we do?

u can register and file a nill return
service tax will be applicable if u cross the limit i.e 10 lacs in one year then in next year it will be chargeable it has nothing to do with registration
You can take voluntary registration
