Hello Sir, is there a direct way to contact you for more information on application of 44AD for BPO service providers? I have registered a small business BPO and management consulting service under the shops and establishments act. Currently I have only one client and so I am executing the tasks myself. As I grow my client portfolio I will be employing consultants (not employees) to execute the tasks. Could I apply the provisions of 44AD in my case?

It did. Not sure what rules have changed for this year though.
