Service receiver not getting ITC

Hi Sir or Madam

I am filing GST return for a service provider the rate applicable is 18%

for April 2023

I have filed 10 invoices on that service receiver is able to get itc on 9 invoices only

on the remaining 1 invoice he is not getting ITC

Is there any information in GST portal to check the reason from my side I.e Service Provider point of view

please advise
