Yes, w.e.f. 01.04.2019, a Service Provider having turnover of less than 50 Lakhs can register under Composition Scheme.

It's sub Section ( 2A) of Section 10 of CGST Act inserted vide Finance (No.2) Act ,2019 & Notified vide Notification 2/2019 CT (r)

Note : Rate of GST is 6% on turnover for this Scheme
