Service exports from india schme(seis)

Dear Sir,

We are a service provider company registsred in India providing engineering services to outside India

We have got a contract for Engineering services for operations and maintenance of Thermal Power Boiler in Saudi and the contract value is received in India by our company in Foreign currency.

We are recruiting engineers from India and sending to Saudi for this work for a contract period of 2 years. Their salary is paid in

india only.

My querry is whether our company is eligible to get the benefit of SEIS under Para 9.51(i) of FTP and any restriction or refusal of our claim since we are sending  natural persons to outside India for execution of service.   

Plese give an expert opinion in this respect.
