           Hi All :

                     Service rendered in India by a person situated outside India

                    is it compulsory to pay ST even it is the below exemption limit.

Service rendered in India by Co/Individual are in preview of S.Tax, if their total service is exceeding 8 Lac then ,They havre to have Ser,tax No.& other obligation starts further.
