service tax is payable on receipt basis. however is there any provision where st is payable on amt recd or service provided whichever is higher for associated enterprise???????????????????????

For any transaction with associated enterprise ST has to be paid as soons as any entry is made in the books of accounts, which includes any suspense entry too.
