Pls advice if one service continue atleat 3 months or more what is the liabilities of service tax & when accured Can i rauise the part bill on 15 days or more intervel & pay the liabilities.

If service continued for more than 3 months , it is continuous supply of service. In such case the point of taxation is date of invoice if bill has been raised, date of completion of service if no bill raised within 14 dayd from such completion, date of payment if payment received. Date of completion includes completion of stage, if payment is stipulated at that stage.
