Sell my 16 year old private limited company

I would like to sell my Private Limited firm. Registered this in June 2008. Have run active operations of over 1 cr till Sep 2015. Post that, due to my health issues, the company has suffered a lot and active revenue has not been consistent. We have done all the required filings till 2024.
