I am doing law self for may 2018 exm. i want a plan for an average student allocating time to each chapter so that i can set a target for each day... tht how much i hve to complete in a day. i m studying law for the frst time
Law for the first time that means you are a CPT student..... the first important thing in law is understanding the abbreviations like void , voidable, prima facie. Then the understanding the concept related to chapter and use any tutor book which simplified the law language.....and in the starting it's time consuming as you are doing self study and studying for the first time but as the momentum of study goes on you can easily complete the syllabus. However in the end. 3-4 revision is must to have a grip on the subject.
thnnku very much. actually i am a ipcc student i forgot to write tht in my query. Though law is not for first time rather ipcc law is for th very first time
1.refer munish bhandari sir book and any other author book as per your convenience 2. understand intent of the chapter 3. divide your syllabus into 3 parts a) ethics b) company law c) some CPT level chapters with more detailing 4. Start with company law and side by side learn sections....make your habbit of remembering topic by sections 5. read daily 3-4 hours and your syllabus will be completed within 3-4 months Rest detailed if any will be provide you after my CA final 1st group exams
