There are two books of munish bhandari for corporate and allied laws for Nov 2014 examination.. can anyone suggest which book shall help from exam point of view??

Handbook and Mainbook are the two book published by Munish Bhandari.
Go for Handbook as it is concised form of Mainbook and answers are well presented in tabular form whereas in Mainbook the writeup is in question & answer form.
Even if you have not attended classes for law, Handbook will help you understand the concept and also you will be able to revise it day before the exam.
Munish Bhandari for Nov 2014 attempt is still not released and will be available in the last week of June .
