Dear all,
We are a manufacturer-exporter. We are self sealing our direct export and third party export consignments , now our excise department is saying self sealing is only allowed for direct export.
We searched through the net and found that self sealing for third party export is allowed but we could not find any notification number regarding the third party export sealing.
If anybody knows the notification no. please let us know.

Thanks, but there is no direct mention about "Third Party Export".
2nd link is referred for such procedure, 3rd party is asked to furnish the details in advance to department, and R/O will take 10% of such consignments on random basis for inspection and sealing.
