There is no due date of payment of self assessment tax, it has to be paid before filling of Return of Income.
In the recent announcement the due date for filling Return of Income for the A.Y. 2019-20 has been extended to 30th June, 2020. So you can pay your self assessment tax till june 30. Interest will continue to apply.
