Selection of itr forms

My friend has been working in the Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. since  May 2010. He was paid as a contract employee and was not a regular employee as on pay roll. 10% TDS deducted from his salary every month. TDS Form No '16 A' is given every month showing the amount deducted which was around Rs. 3000/- per month. He has not filed tax return and now wanted to file to claim tax return. Which ITR form should he fill?

Now he is taken on pay roll since August 2011. He has two TDS forms first for the contract period as 'form 16 A'  and second 'form 16' for as an regular employee. which  ITR form should be required to file for the financial year 2011-12.

Please guide us.
