hello everybody.

can you suggest me good books of company law(old course)  for cs executive. i have done scanner in last attempt and got 39 so please if you can help me in finding a really suitable book.

Or should i continue with scanner for this attempt also.

Only Scanner is not sufficient. I don't have company law book, but for  ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL LAW-
